Express Post

Free Express Post delivery is available on all small items (fins, leg ropes, grips etc). Once shipped, orders in Metro areas should be received the next business day. This service takes 2-3 business days to most other areas.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and details on how to track your delivery.

Bulky Goods

All bulky goods will be sent via our courier Direct Freight. *Please note, bulky items cannot be delivered to PO boxes or Parcel Collect addresses.

 

How long does delivery take?

 

Small Items (fins, leashes, tail pads etc): In most cases, orders received before 7 a.m. on a business day are dispatched via Aust Post Express the same day, & received the next business day in most metro areas. For other areas including Western Australia please allow 2-3 days. 

 

Large Items (board covers, luggage): we will do our very best to dispatch it from our warehouse within 1 business day in order to have your product delivered as fast as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally allow 2-5 days business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation to be sure.
